Kepergian selalu menyisakan tempat dalam hati. Seperti ada lubang, entah separuh atau seutuhnya.
Bagaimana kepergian memisahkan dari orang yang terkasih. Jika kepergian untuk kembali, maka akan ada yang dituju. Ada yang kita harapkan, namun jika pergi dan tak kembali? Akan ada rasa kehilangan.
4 Desember lebih dari 7 tahun yang lalu aku merasakannya. Kehilangan seorang kakak untuk selama-lamanya. Tak begitu banyak yang aku ingat selai air mata, dan hati yang coba untuk dikuatkan. Mungkin ini lebih baik dan terbaik untuknya menurut Allah. Ia tak akan lagi merasakan sakit. Semua berjalan sesuai Kehendaknya. Kitab Kehidupanku telah tertuliskan bahwa aku akan kehilangan seseorang saat itu.
Biarkan kami disini mengenangmu dan merangkai rindu dalam tiap do'a kami. Biarkan kami disini menjadikan pelajaran atas kepergianmu. Dan biarkan kami mempersiapkan diri sebaik mungkin, karena kelak kami juga akan pergi menyusulmu.
